1. Where do you deliver and how long does it take?

We currently deliver all across Karachi! Once you place your order, your new mobile cover will reach your doorstep within 3 business days. We’ll also send you a confirmation message so you can keep an eye out for our delivery rider.

2. What mobile models do you cover?

We stock covers for a wide variety of popular smartphone brands, including Apple iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi/Redmi, Infinix, and Tecno.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your cover! If we accidentally sent the wrong model or if the cover arrived damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you free of cost. Just make sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery with a quick photo of the issue, and we’ll get it sorted out for you ASAP

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

As long as your order hasn't left with our rider, we can absolutely update your phone model, shipping address, or cancel the order. Because we try to pack and dispatch orders quickly to meet our 3-day delivery promise, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM within a few hours of ordering to make any changes
